Tradewind Recruitment and SANZA Teaching Agency has appointed a new chief executive.
Australian-born Nick Murphy has taken over the reins from Jeremy Waters and will oversee the firm’s expansion plans.
Murphy was previously regional director for Hays Australia and before that, national operations director for Capita Education Resourcing in the UK. He returned to the UK after three years working in Sydney to take up this new post.
Murphy said: “It is our goal to open two new offices per year. We will open in any location where we have a talented individual or team of individuals who, with a bit of backing, want to take their career and earnings to new heights.”
The merged company opened new offices in St Albans and Chelmsford in 2014, and in Birmingham and Manchester in 2013. It recently refurbished its London headquarters and launched a new brand refresh and website.
Tradewind Recruitment specialises in the placement of teachers and support staff in schools throughout London, Birmingham, Manchester, Chelmsford and St Albans.
SANZA Teaching Agency recruits primary, secondary and special needs teachers plus support staff from around the globe to work in schools and nurseries throughout the UK.
