Top-level appointment boosts Macildowie’s team

Top-level appointment boosts Macildowie’s teamAward-winning recruitment consultancy Macildowie is growing its senior team with the recent appointment of associate director, Adam Dickson.

Bringing with him more than 17 years’ global recruitment experience, Adam joins Macildowie’s established Finance and Accounting team, working across the Nottingham and Leicester offices.

Adam, who recently returned to the UK after over a decade building his career in Australia, said: “Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with companies of all sizes, from large multi-nationals to pioneering start-ups. This made Macildowie, with clients including high-profile brands like Experian, Boots and Paul Smith, an obvious choice for me.”

Adam comes to Macildowie at a time when demand for its services is flourishing. He will be responsible for overseeing Macildowie’s market leading division, which places senior and interim candidates in sought-after finance positions across the Midlands.

The consultancy, which has branches in Nottingham, Leicester, and Milton Keynes, has further added to its team with several other new hires. These include Emma Walker and Lynn Campbell who both join as divisional manager, Becky Moon as senior recruitment consultant, Sam Hancock and Keri Rossiter as recruitment consultants, and Hannah Doyle and James Darker as trainee recruitment consultants.

Managing director, James Taylor, explained that the flurry of recent senior, experienced and entry-level appointments would enable Macildowie to deliver even more strategic services to its clients across the group.

He said: “It’s fair to say that all of our new appointments have ‘wowed’ us, demonstrating they would be fantastic additions to the Macildowie team.

“In addition, it’s always exciting to make a top-level appointment, so we’re all delighted that Adam has chosen to embark on the next stage of his career with us. We know he’ll be a great addition to our incredibly talented leadership team.”
