Digital and vendor tech search specialists Global Resourcing have promoted three long-standing staff members to the company’s senior management team.
Grant Bance, Bill Padmore and Lawrence Harris collectively bring over three decades of recruitment experience to enhance Global Resourcing’s existing leadership. Each has demonstrated excellence in their respective fields over many years and these executive promotions are the reward for their loyalty and commitment to the company.
Global Resourcing’s newly expanded management team now includes the broadest possible range of skills, from resourcing and executive search, to key account leadership and strategic management, plus recruitment sales; across the vendor and digital sectors.
“We aim to promote from within the company whenever we can, and these three appointments demonstrate what talented individuals can achieve if they pursue a career in recruitment with us. Our management team is made up of individuals with similar dedications to high performance, but different skills, and almost all have worked their way up the company. I’m delighted to be able to reward people with the opportunity to embark on their next phase of professional and personal growth,” said Rob Johnson, managing director at Global Resourcing.
Bill Padmore began his recruitment career with Global Resourcing as a resourcer 10 years ago and is now regarded as a leading international recruitment specialist for the Temenos, T24 and Triple’A markets. He has been promoted to business manager and supports sales director Phil Walsh, within Vendor and Digital sales. He said: “I struggle to believe that I’ve been with the company for 10 years, but I simply haven’t looked back. To be in a position to grow a larger team around me and further strengthen our delivery in the Temenos market is incredibly exciting.”
Grant Bance has also been with the company for 10 years and is responsible for developing major client accounts, working alongside Sarah Luxford. He has been promoted to business manager and is growing a highly capable team. He said: “Our ability to deliver to larger clients as part of the major accounts team is growing every day. We have some great consultants here and the chance to be part of leading them to even greater success is something I’ve pushed myself towards for some time. I’m very excited about what we can achieve.”
Finally, Lawrence Harris began his career with Global Resourcing over 10 years ago and has worked as a recruitment professional for over 18 years. He is responsible for managing the Global Resourcing & Delivery Team and for overseeing staff training and development to ensure the company consistently delivers an efficient and highly responsive service to clients. He has been promoted to head of resourcing, research & training. He said: “It’s amazing to think that I’ve been with the company for over a decade and we’ve developed so much in that time. Seeing entry level employees grow into fantastic consultants is something that I relish and being part of that development journey is incredibly rewarding.”
