Glasgow-based renewable energy and clean technology recruiter, Taylor Hopkinson Ltd is aiming to build its presence in the Latin American market by opening a new office in Madrid.
The firm has appointed two Spanish nationals to run the operation, targeting the wind and solar sectors in Spanish-speaking markets with the provision of mid to senior executives through the project life cycle.
Tom Hopkinson, managing director of Taylor Hopkinson, said: “We have been active in Latin America for a couple of years, but the opening of our third office in Madrid, manned by experienced Spanish nationals, will support our ambitions to grow our presence in the market.
“In particular it will allow us to expand the contracting division of our business. As part of our strategy we intend to implement further expansion in the coming months targeting the United States and Asia Pacific markets.”
