Recruitment specialist Search Consultancy has appointed Claire Bartlett as Associate Director for the office services and call centre arm of the business.
Claire – who brings with her almost 20 years’ experience of the recruitment industry – will lead a team of ten colleagues based across the Brighton and Crawley region.
Following her studies in Switzerland, Claire began her career in hotel management and after two years decided to change direction with her first job as a trainee recruitment consultant. She worked her way through the ranks at CIP Recruitment Services before she was headhunted by Admiral Recruitment Limited to set up and lead its commercial services division.
In her new role at Search, Claire will support the office services and call centre team across the whole recruitment process and will also have a central role in identifying new business opportunities.
She said: “I’m really excited about growing and developing an already strong team of very talented individuals. Everyone in the team has their own set of skills which will help us to recruit across a diverse range of roles.It’s so important for me to keep a close eye on developments in the office services and call centre marketplace as this informs my work in researching potential new business. I really enjoy identifying new companies to work with and I’m looking forward to building on the already strong relationships we have with existing clients.
