Roc Search promotes Alisia Hobbs to Training LeadRoc Search has announced the promotion of Alisia Hobbs to Training Lead, taking the recruiter’s training offering to the next level as they increase headcount and expand their global footprint. 

With a successful background in telesales and significant learning and development (L&D) experience, Alisia joined Roc Search in 2013 and achieved her CIPD qualification in 2016. She has been instrumental in delivering the company’s Blended Learning Programme across various locations.

A highly skilled and passionate leader, Alisia approaches all she does with enthusiasm, dedication and professionalism. She is an integral part of the management team at Roc Search and will be driving Roc Search’s L&D strategy, which is fundamental to the company’s ongoing success and future growth plans.

With regular trips to Austin Texas to support Roc Search USA, Alisia has been hands-on from the outset, supporting teams in the UK and overseas. She will be heading a team of trainers in the UK and the US, delivering training to employees at all levels based in Reading, London, Manchester, Truro (Cornwall), Frankfurt (Germany) and Austin (Texas).

The Roc Search Career Path is clearly defined for all employees, offering fast track career progression into management roles. The recruiter’s Blended Learning Programme is interactive and varied, consisting of classroom based courses, on-the-job coaching and e-learning tools, appealing to the full cross section of learning styles. The comprehensive programme includes the ‘Roc Star Academy’ for new recruits, ‘peer to peer learning’, ‘Good to Great’ for senior consultants, ‘Future Leaders Programme’ and 45 minute Training Bites. This is all in addition to one-to-one desk based coaching and training sessions.
