The work of RIDI is vital in ensuring that disabled voices are able to inform and influence policy and practice, and I believe that creating genuine inclusion for disabled people in the workplace largely depends on employers gaining confidence in this area. I’m delighted to be invited onto the executive committee to help continue progress in workplace inclusion.”

Kate Headley, spokesperson for the Recruitment Industry Initiative, added:

“We are delighted to welcome Jane to the board of executives. Through her positive attitude and entrepreneurial success at Evenbreak, not only does she bring inspiration and experience, but a quintessential example of what we at RIDI prioritise – breaking down the barriers and building disability confidence into employment and recruitment strategies. With the upcoming March 2018 RIDI awards, our executive team are driving forward innovative ideas to raise awareness and we look forward to Jane sharing her expertise and being part of this spectacular event.”
