Rethink attracts new client development head

Talent management consultancy Rethink Talent Management has appointed Luke Windeatt-Dickens as its new client development director.

Windeatt-Dickens has an extensive background in recruitment and sales, and joined Rethink this month to support its ongoing growth plans.

He has considerable account management and business development experience from companies such as SThree and Resource Solutions.

He said: “Having worked in both the short-term sales environment and on long-term relationship building, the opportunity at Rethink was of real appeal as it offered the best of both worlds.”

“What really appealed to me is the fact that the business is not only entrepreneurial and open to ideas, but the willingness to invest in its people is also there.”

Stephen Gilbert, Practice Lead at Rethink Talent Management, part of the Rethink Group, added:

“Now is a great time for us as a business as we continue to grow both our network and our team. With 223 members of staff across the globe already and a turnover of £111.7m, we’re constantly on the look-out for the best talent to support our on-going expansion plans.”

“With immense experience and a real entrepreneurial spirit, Luke will be a real asset to the company.”
