New strategic role for TeamJobs’ Mitchell

New strategic role for TeamJobs’ MitchellMichelle Mitchell has taken on the role of Strategic Sales and Development Manager at Poole and Bournemouth-based TeamJobs.

The newly created position will see her mentoring, coaching and providing strategic planning for the company’s 24 recruitment specialists.

Michelle joined TeamJobs in 2010 to manage its industrial division. In 2013 she moved into client development, providing the sales function for all divisions and picking up and feeding live positions to its industrial, commercial and technical departments.

She said: “I am very excited about my new role. TeamJobs’ success is down to its team and I will be working with every staff member across both offices to ensure they have the support and development they need.”

Managing Director, Jason Gault, said: “Michelle herself is a great example of how we seek to nurture the talent and reward the successes of all our staff. She is a real asset to TeamJobs and will play an important role in the continuing expansion and success of the business.”

TeamJobs won Dorset Company of the Year in 2015, gaining special recognition for its dedication to its staff. At the end of March 2017, the company will open a second base – a three-storey office in Old Christchurch Road in Bournemouth town centre – for its burgeoning Hospitality, Commercial and Executive divisions.
