New head of APSCo Asia appointed

The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) has appointed Laletha Nithiyanandan as head of APSCo Asia.

She joins APSCo with over 30 years of experience in the talent management profession, and an extensive understanding of the recruitment arena in the Asia Pacific region. She has previously worked in managing director and executive advisor roles at a number of executive search consultancies in the region.

Commenting on her new role, Nithiyanandan said: “I’m extremely excited to bring my skills to APSCo; I feel as though my experience in the vibrant Asian recruitment market will allow me to actively support its members, and tap into the thoughts and concerns of senior recruitment professionals and add real value to our service.”
