National Locums, the Milton Keynes-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of locum doctors and nurses for the NHS and independent hospitals across the UK, has appointed Keiron Goody as operations manager.
Goody joins National Locums following roles in finance and operations with companies including Trafficmaster and Debit Finance Collection.
His new role will focus on developing the company’s finance department and identifying operational enhancements across the business.
National Locums director Glenn Cook said: “Our company has grown very quickly, and the appointment of Keiron is a demonstration of our commitment to invest in our own people, and to constantly evolve and improve our service to Britain’s hospitals.”
National Locums was founded five years ago by the Cook family – brothers David Cook and his wife Jen, and Glenn and Natalie Cook.
The company has made more than 1,300 placements of doctors into hospitals in the past 12 months and today employs 28 people at its new offices at the Manor Court Farm business centre at Old Wolverton, Milton Keynes.
