Berry Recruitment is expanding its base in Maidstone, Kent, in response to an increase in job vacancies across the county.
Currently the business, which is part of the national Berry Recruitment Group, has eight desks, but aims to double that number. Therefore it is taking on the premises next door – previously a café – to give it extra space for new recruitment consultants and improved candidate facilities.
Jody Page, who manages the branch, said: “There are many jobs being created across Kent and there is certainly a buzz about the place at the moment.
“It’s also an exciting time to be a recruitment consultant. We anticipate that the new premises will be completed in the autumn and until then we are open and it’s business as usual.”
Berry Recruitment operates in a number of sectors, including industrial, driving, commercial, catering, construction and engineering.
