iSource Group supports growth with strategic appointment

iSource Group supports growth with strategic appointmentiSource Group, the IT, digital and change recruitment specialist, has extended its team with the strategic appointment of Dan Mills to Digital Practice Director.

As well as increasing the number of employees at the business to 20, Dan will head-up a new Digital Marketing division within the company.

With an established career in recruitment and having achieved several awards in previous roles, Dan has the experience and credentials required to develop a division that is projected to become a £1m business unit within the next five years.

Dan will take full responsibility for the new Digital Marketing division and hopes that he will quickly establish his position within the market, becoming the recruiter of choice for brands looking for digital marketing specialists.

He commented: “Before I was approached about the position I was aware of iSource. The company has a strong reputation and I had heard a lot about them. The culture change has been interesting and I am really enjoying having the time and space to develop the division in my own way.

“Geoff is here to support me, but fundamentally this is the challenge I have been looking for and really gives me the opportunity to shape my role and my position as a leading recruiter.”

Managing Director of iSource Group, Geoff Shepherd, added: “When we met Dan it was clear he had the enthusiasm and determined attitude that we were looking for. If you want to make it in recruitment you have to know what you are doing, and we are confident in Dan’s track record and his ability to support our business growth over the next five years and beyond.”
