Provider of interim managers to the private and public sectors, Interim Partners has appointed Ben Johnson as a principal to head up its insurance practice.
Johnson has more than seven years’ specialist recruitment experience within the insurance sector, and has recruited interim managers for a diverse range of insurance clients including Marsh, Old Mutual, Hiscox, Liberty and Allianz.
He joins Interim Partners from Hays, where he was UK head of insurance and was involved mainly in helping insurance companies build change management and transformation teams. He previously worked at Eames Consulting Group.
