Professional services recruitment firm Ignata has appointed Ben Searls as Managing Director of Exsurgo.
Ben will be working closely with the senior management team of Exsurgo, the firm’s specialist retail and consumer arm, as well as the wider Ignata leadership team and will focus on the growth of the business with operational responsibility.
Ben spent 12 years with the global Professional Services recruiter, Badenoch & Clark where he was the Director for Commerce & Industry, responsible for Executive Search, Finance, HR, Business Change & Transformation, Technology & Marketing in London, Reading, Brighton and Bristol.
He said: “This is an incredibly exciting time to join Exsurgo as we look to invest, grow and build on our existing customer relationships.”
