High Performance Consultancy makes two new appointments

Human resources provider High Performance Consultancy (HPC) is demonstrating the importance of staff development with its new hires.

The Liverpool-based firm provides outsourced HR support for businesses and advises them on investment, growth and employee training.

With its two new appointments HPC is applying the same advice it offers to others, providing first steps in a new career to its two new members of staff.

Alex Neary joins HPC’s apprenticeship scheme, which the company offers to young professionals as a practical alternative to university. Neary, 19, from West Derby has a level three diploma in legal secretarial work from City of Liverpool College.

Also starting at HPC is Lauren Campbell, a 21-year-old HR management student from Armagh who joins the firm on a one-year placement from Liverpool John Moores University.
