Henderson Scott has appointed Paul Winchester to the role of group sales director and to the firm’s board of directors.
Winchester has more than 18 years’ experience within the IT recruitment sector, most recently serving as director at Arrows Group Global.
Based in the company’s London office, Winchester will oversee the development of the Group’s operations in London and Manchester, while growing the brand globally through its office in Singapore and leading the expansion of the company’s contract offering across the Henderson Scott Group.
Group managing director Mark Bailey said: “Paul is a valuable addition to both the London office and the Henderson Scott board of directors, and I am delighted to welcome him to the team.”
