Hallwood joins Clear Talents to lead diversity tool

Diversity consultancy, The Clear Company, has welcomed Nick Hallwood as its new Chief Operating Officer for the emerging Clear Talents software solutions business.

Hallwood joins the team to lead the firm’s Clear Talents offering – an online product that enables a company to manage the inclusion, wellbeing, employee engagement, and diversity of the whole workforce.

Previously the Global VP of Product Development at CEB/SHL Group, Hallwood’s extensive experience in strategy development, product definition and marketing management will support the continued growth of the Clear Talents service. In this new role, he will be focusing on building the business’s strategy, developing the product further to include greater integration with recruitment applicant tracking systems and HR and Wellbeing software platforms, improving the product’s usability and marketing the brand.

Hallwood commented: “As inclusion continues to be a hot topic I want to help level the playing field for everybody at work or seeking work across the UK who may feel at a disadvantage. There’s a definite need for products like Clear Talents – in fact the idea for this product was born of the demand that became prevalent from The Clear Company’s consultancy work. My intention is to take this offering to a much broader corporate client base to help businesses become more inclusive and also to support people with health issues, disabilities, injuries or challenging life circumstances thrive in the workplace.”

Kate Headley, Development Director at The Clear Company welcomed the newest team member: “Nick’s extensive global experience in the product development and talent assessment fields will be invaluable to the future growth of Clear Talents. Having him on board will ensure our offering evolves with the needs of our clients and their workforces. Myself and the team look forward to working with him on the development of the Clear Talents business.”
