Futurestep invests in its EMEA team with four new hires

Futurestep invests in its EMEA team with four new hiresThe Futurestep division of Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), has recently made four new hires to bolster the ranks of its EMEA Professional Search business.

Eva Roman, Michael Younger, Kahina Feknous and Wolfgang Reelitz all join the firm, working across various industries including life sciences, industry, advanced technology and within Korn Ferry’s own HR Centre of Expertise (HR CoE). They will be working in France, Spain, Germany and the UK.

With eight years’ experience as an International Executive Search Consultant for the UK’s leading talent development provider in Spain, Eva Roman joins the Madrid office as a Managing Consultant within the firm’s HR CoE. She brings extensive knowledge in delivering national and international executive search projects across Europe and Latin America in all business sectors, but with a core focus in the technology, media and consumer/retail sectors.

Kahina Feknous joins the French EMEA Industry Practice team as Managing Consultant. Prior to joining Korn Ferry Futurestep, Kahina was Senior Consultant for over five years at one of the top global recruitment consultancies in France. With extensive knowledge of the energy and mining sectors, Kahina also specialises in the recruitment of middle and top management positions. Kahina will be based in Paris and reporting to François Godin, Executive Manager Industry for France.

With a recruitment career spanning 16 years, Michael Younger joins Futurestep’s EMEA Healthcare practice as Senior Consultant and will be based in London. Michael will lead the healthcare practice, providing tailored recruitment solutions to organisation’s across the full spectrum of the healthcare sector, both public and private, providers, commissioners, regulators, private medical insurers, and health technology. Michael will be reporting to Stijn Van Steenbergen, EMEA Market Leader Life Sciences.

Finally, Wolfgang Reelitz has joined the EMEA Advanced Technology practice based in Frankfurt. Wolfgang brings over 25 years of industry experience to Futurestep, having worked extensively within the automotive market, and joins as Managing Consultant. He will focus on IT centric technology projects in areas such as automotive and the internet-of-things, reporting to Richard Shea, Managing Director, EMEA.
