Medical recruiter National Locums, which has just been named as one of Britain’s fastest-growing recruitment companies, has made two senior appointments.
Andrew Neville-Davies has joined the Milton Keynes-based company as Training Manager.
He formerly worked for High Street recruiters Cordant, where he was Learning and Development Consultant, and Brook Street, where he was Training Executive.
Andrew will be introducing an enhanced best practice programme at National Locums, as well as managing the personal development of the company’s 63 employees.
Natasha Nicklin has been appointed Client Engagement and Proposals Manager, building relationships and strategic alliances with NHS and independent hospital clients.
Natasha began her career with an agency finding job opportunities for the long-term unemployed, but in recent years has headed teams formulating client bids at major agencies including Modis International, Alexander Mann Solutions and Capita Resourcing.
The two appointments reflect National Locums’ rapid growth since the company was launched in 2009, and has just been ranked the 18th fastest-growing recruitment company in Britain.
