De Poel makes key operations appointments

De Poel Group has appointed Yasmin Parvizi and Steve Bacon into two newly created head of operations roles.

The pair will have responsibility for supporting the strategic development and operations of the core business.

Parvizi and Bacon (pictured) join Denise Turnbull, head of operations for de Poel’s sister company and specialist healthcare division, de Poel health+care, and will report directly to Andrew Preston, MD of the entire group.

The announcement highlights the company’s continued investment in senior management, it said.

Parvizi joined the company four years ago as an operations executive, and was quickly promoted to account manager. Bacon has 25 years’ recruitment industry experience at businesses such as Kinetic, Hays and Borders. He joined the company in 2015 as contracts and performance manager.

Andrew Preston, Group MD of de Poel, commented: “De Poel is committed to rewarding its talent and Yasmin and Steve’s internal promotions serve as recognition of their hard work and dedication to providing the very best service for our clients.

“Our employees are an asset to helping our organisation reach its goals and are a key part of our success”.
