Core-Asset Consulting makes financial services appointment

Financial sector recruitment company, Core-Asset Consulting, has increased the size of its financial services division with the appointment of Estelle van Hengel.

Van Hengel, who will be responsible for the recruitment of financial services roles between £40,000 and £60,000 per annum, previously held recruitment positions in the Netherlands with Manpower, Hays and Ranstadt.

Louise Powrie, director of financial services at Core-Asset Consulting, said: “Estelle’s appointment not only increases the size of our financial services division but also the range of expertise we are able to offer our clients and candidates.

“As our clients strive to tackle key industry challenges – in particular, technological and regulatory change – Estelle’s experience and intellectual rigour will prove invaluable, especially when recruiting for the more technically challenging roles.

“As a native Dutch speaker, she will add to our international candidate attraction capabilities – where we already boast consultants fluent in German, Swedish, Hungarian, Finnish, Russian, Polish, Slovakian and Portuguese.”
