BeecherMadden appoints new MD

Award-winning recruitment specialists BeecherMadden has appointed Oscar Dharamshi as its new Group Managing Director.

Dharamshi is an industry-focused executive with a wealth of experience in securing and delivering executive search, interim consulting and talent acquisition solutions to the Technology, Digital, Media and Professional services markets. With 20 years’ experience in global recruitment, he started his career with the Alexander Mann Group before moving to EuroSearch & Selection (part of the MRI Worldwide network), where he was instrumental in building and scaling their TMT(technology, media and telecommunications) operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

As a seasoned practitioner with experience of building sustainable recruitment businesses from start up to maturity, he will now be responsible for BeecherMadden’s growth in the UK, US and new international locations.
