Leading global boutique recruitment agency Ambition has appointed Nicky Acuna Ocana as Managing Director for its UK operations.
With full responsibility for the leadership and development of Ambition’s UK business, Nicky will play a key role in meeting the company’s growth goals on becoming the leading Professional Services boutique recruitment business within Finance and Accounting, Business Development and Marketing, Insolvency and Restructuring, Forensics and Business Support. Nicky will also be instrumental in building on the firm’s outstanding reputation to professionals and clients.
With over 18 years of professional services recruitment experience, Nicky joins at a key point in the agency’s growth, with record client numbers and increased headcount. She brings with her a wealth of recruitment experience, having led teams recruiting finance and accountancy and business development and marketing professionals. She joined Ambition in 2008 as Associate Director and was later promoted to Director of Professional Services in January 2014.
