Allen Associates promotes Bush to Divisional Manager

Allen Associates promotes Bush to Divisional ManagerOne of Oxfordshire’s leading independent recruitment agencies, Allen Associates has promoted Hannah Bush to divisional manager, after her work expanding the Temporary division for the company.

Hannah joined Allen Associates as a recruitment consultant immediately after graduating from Oxford University in 2009. She soon progressed to become managing consultant and has since played a major role in growing and expanding Allen Associates’ Temp desk which is now positioned as one of the region’s largest providers of temporary workers across the Finance, HR, PA & Administration and Marketing sectors.

In the past 20 years, Allen Associates made 49,000 temp placements, adding up to 1,346,000 total temp hours. Since Hannah has been on the division, the company has placed 33,914 (1,060,000 total temp hours).

Commenting in response to news of her promotion, Hannah said: “This is wonderful recognition and I am very happy to move on to the next step with Allen Associates. ͞I have been with the company for my entire career to date and the support and development I have received has not only enabled me to progress, it has also reconfirmed my view that recruitment truly is a career of choice. I am very much looking forward to this new challenge.”

Kate Allen, Managing Director at Allen Associates, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, said: “We are delighted for Hannah and this is very well deserved. The Divisional Manager is a new role within the business and its creation is testament to both Hannah’s continued ability to exceed the expectations of her role, and the talent we have within the business itself.

“We’re at the most exciting time in our 20-year history, but critical to our ambitious plans is ensuring we have the right people in the right roles. As we grow, the opportunities for others to advance and start their careers with us are very much there.

“Hannah is the epitome of that and we’re thrilled to be able to create a role that enables her to fulfil her long-term career plans with us.”
