Alium Partners has announced the appointment of Karen Cresswell as client strategy and development director.
Cresswell brings more than 20 years’ experience of operating globally within the senior interim market, in particular in transformation and change management. She has advised across a range of sectors, such as financial and professional services, and technology, media and telecommunications, and worked at director level for firms including Harvey Nash and Pure.
As well as focusing on client services and development across the firm, Cresswell will also serve clients in her specialist sectors with their recruitment needs.
