Swindon-based recruiter Aligra has announced that Jeremy Barker has been appointed its new Operations Director.
Jeremy, who has been with the company since 2011, has played a critical role in driving Aligra’s growth and service delivery along with the overall excellent performance of his division.
Jeremy’s newly created role demonstrates the company’s ongoing commitment to improving contract delivery, quality and innovation.
Aligra MD, Mark Neilson, said: “This new role is in recognition of Jeremy’s excellent contribution to the company’s outstanding performance in recent years. He’s certainly key to our future growth and will be heavily involved in our plans for expansion of his division.”

Jeremy’s appointment comes as Aligra recently announced a record financial performance and has also recently confirmed significant investment in staff training and industry leading software.
