Admiral Recruitment appoints commercial operations manager

Admiral Recruitment appoints commercial operations managerAdmiral Recruitment has appointed Lynne Cullen as associate commercial operations manager to lead the company’s commercial division.

Lynne joined the hospitality recruitment agency in January and is now responsible for supporting key accounts and developing the commercial side of the business, which is a strong growth area for Admiral Recruitment.

Admiral Recruitment’s team of commercial consultants now reports directly to Lynne. In all, the team places over 150 people each week in temporary and permanent commercial positions for clients within corporate organisations throughout London, from property and media companies through to law firms, investment companies, high end private clubs, hotels and restaurants.

The new post sees Lynne come full circle as she first worked for Admiral Recruitment in 2009 as an operations manager. She went on to work as a business manager with Reed. After maternity leave, she worked part-time in a business development role with Sovereign & Bale.

Lynne said: “In the nine years since I last worked with Admiral Recruitment, I have watched Paula Rogers and her team grow the business to become the leading recruiter within the UK catering and hospitality sector. To have built the business from scratch – and retained such a loyal and impressive client base – shows the standards that she and her teams consistently achieve.

“It is great to be back and part of such a dynamic, owner-managed company. I have hit the ground running and look forward to supporting Admiral Recruitment’s ongoing growth and success.”

Paula Rogers, founder of Admiral Recruitment, said: “We are fortunate to have a fantastic commercial team who provide an outstanding service to our diverse client-base, with placements ranging from junior administration positions and reception staff right up to directorship level appointments.

“With Lynne at the helm, our goal is to continue to grow this side of the business by attracting recruiting, training and retaining excellent people to support our clients.”
