Allen Associates launches London office

June 21, 2018  /   No Comments

One of Oxfordshire’s leading independent recruitment agencies, Allen Associates, has launched a London office as part of the company’s growth plans, built on two decades of continued success.

The agency, founded by Kate and Rob Allen in 1998, provides staffing solutions for employers requiring HR, Marketing, Finance, PA/Administration, and temporary workers, both in the temporary and permanent sectors, and has placed thousands of candidates with their clients over their 20-year history.

Located in the prestigious Chiswick Park development in West London, the new office will focus on HR, Marketing, PA/Administration, and temporary roles, and be headed by Kate and Ben Allen, who will look to build on the company’s growing portfolio of clients across the capital.

Kate Allen, managing director, said: “We are absolutely thrilled that the day is finally here. This has been a long time in the pipeline, and the whole Oxford team is hugely excited about our expansion.
“The last 20 years has seen continued growth for the business to the extent that we have become firmly positioned as one of the leading independent recruitment businesses in Oxfordshire. But we remain as ambitious today as we were when we first started back in 1998.

“As the UK capital, London offers a wealth of opportunity for business across every sector, and especially in Recruitment. While there are a number of great agencies already operating in the capital, there is a gap for a ‘different’ type of agency to exist. We believe that our distinct approach to recruitment, which has enabled us to become a recruiter of choice for Employers in Oxfordshire, will resonate with the London market and plug that gap.

“Allen Associates have a fantastic team, and we’re delighted that Ben has seized the opportunity to join and take a role within the business. But he is not unique in having a dedicated interest – we have several members of the team who have been with us for a number of years and are equally committed to ensuring the continued success of the business.

“We are thoroughly looking forward to expanding, and providing London clients and candidates with the same stellar service, consultancy and experience that we have become renowned for in Oxford, while continuing to grow the business there, too.”
